I’ve been a communications consultant for nearly fifteen years. I worked in a couple of specialist employee engagement roles before joining Fishburn Hedges in 2001.
I still spend much of my time on employee engagement work, helping organisations build stronger and more productive relationships with their people. I also work on stakeholder and media relations projects, particularly those involving workplace or workforce issues. The whole area continues to excite and obsess me. I also sit on the people group here at Fishburn Hedges and look after our own employee research.
