Our people are an eclectic bunch, with diverse backgrounds including advertising, research, journalism, banking, politics, consultancy and in-house communications.  Our borderless approach to communications means we can genuinely create bespoke teams for every client.

I was a co-founder of Fishburn Hedges, becoming managing director and chairman.  But I don’t think I did much managing.  Client work was always my priority. I now act as a senior adviser alongside a portfolio of non-executive roles.


I have been privileged to work with some of the world’s best companies, from Unilever, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Sainsbury’s, to McDonald’s, Starbucks and Shell.  I have learned from all of them, and am still learning; and though I work now more outside the agency than in, in every role, whether it’s in a think tank, a charity, regulator, tourist board or theatre production company, I am still, above all, a communications advocate and champion.
